Candace Jewell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Candace Jewell is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than 12 years of nursing experience. She began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2012 and advanced her education to become a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2014. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and patient care, she later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certification and has spent the last six years providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.
Throughout her career, Candace has gained valuable experience in multiple healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, where she developed strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Her diverse background has equipped her to manage both acute and chronic health conditions while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Candace is passionate about helping individuals navigate their healthcare journey with confidence. She believes in creating personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique concerns, health goals, and overall well-being. Her commitment to building meaningful patient relationships and providing high-quality, evidence-based care continues to drive her practice every day.

Dr. T'bony M. Jewell pHARMD, MBA
With nearly a decade of experience bridging clinical care, academia, and business leadership, T’Bony serves as the Chief Operating Officer and primary ambulatory care pharmacist for Jewell Healthcare Solutions. A passionate educator at heart, she also teaches at a college of pharmacy, fueled by a love for that rewarding "aha!" moment when a complex concept clicks for a student or patient. Dr. Jewell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Stevenson University, alongside a Master’s in Business and a PharmD from The Ohio State University. Her specialized expertise is backed by certifications in medication therapy management, immunization delivery, and contraceptive care. This unique blend of clinical and operational excellence earned her the Ohio Pharmacists Association’s Distinguished Young Pharmacist award in 2024 and the Kathy Karas Innovations in Teaching award in 2026.
At the core of T’Bony’s work is a simple philosophy: when we know better, we can do better—and the right medication management can be a powerful catalyst for that growth. Highly analytical yet deeply empathetic, she brings a creative, problem-solving energy to healthcare, looking at every challenge through the lens of innovation. Outside of the office and classroom, T’Bony is a true hands-on creator who loves dancing, sharing ideas, and tackling DIY projects with a chronic “how hard can it be?” enthusiasm. She brings this same approachable, inventive spirit to Jewell Healthcare Solutions, making it easy and encouraging for clients, patients and students to engage, learn, and thrive.
